To Sell is Human: The Surprising Truth About Persuading, Convincing, and Influencing Others Pink argues we are all in sales now, whether pitching ideas or persuading a colleague. Drawing on social science, he offers fresh frameworks for pitching, understanding others' perspectives, and clarifying a message, making this a practical guide for moving people in a people-centred world.
