zeze Lucky Orange Cat Toy - Plush Orange with Silvervine Stick, Catnip & Valerian Silvervine Stick · Catnip & Valerian Root · Pearl Velvet In Chinese this toy is called Da Ju Da Li, a play on a New Year blessing for good luck, because the word for a mandarin orange sounds like the word for luck. So it is a small round orange in pearl velvet, with rosy cheeks, a stitched smile, two little brown arms and a green leaf. Inside, alongside the polyester fibre, are catnip and valerian root, and a silvervine stick forms the stalk. Silvervine is the dried stem of a climbing plant from East Asia, known in Japan as matatabi. At 11 cm tall it is easy to hug, bite and kick. Key Features Three plant scents: Catnip and valerian root inside, with a silvervine stick on top. Pearl velvet cover: A soft, nubbly texture that is easy to grip. Hug-and-kick size: 10 cm long and 11 cm tall. Lucky orange face: Rosy cheeks, a stitched smile, little arms and a green leaf.
