This is not smoke but scent vapour being released from the wax - It is normal and does not effect the product nor yourself. Never put the melts into a bath or water as they do not melt, and will become contaminated. Keep them out of the reach of children and pets and never leave the house with them still lit. CLP - All of our products are CLP compliant - Unlike most being sold on Amazon. Damaged Items - All of our products are sent out in pristine condition. We take every possible steps to ensure you receive your item in the condition we send it and would like to receive it ourselves - However on occasion and through no fault of our own, some items may be received slightly damaged (bars snapped). This is as a result of the mishandling of the item during transit and as such we can not be held responsible, it does not affect the usage of the product.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
