Hot Jamaican Curry Powder - 1kg (50g Serves 4)

A combination of warm, fragrant spices to make a traditional Jamaican style curry dish.

Jamaican Curry Chicken Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 large potato, peeled & diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled & diced
  • 50g hot Jamaican curry powder
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp dried cut thyme

Method:

  • In a large bowl, add the chicken, a splash of oil and the curry powder, mix well until combined and leave to marinade for at least 2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken, fry until lightly brown on all sides, add the potato, carrot & thyme, cover with water, cover and cook for 25 minutes.
  • Stir in the coconut milk and cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until thick.
  • This also works great in the slow cooker!

Returns

Refunds

Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
