Tikka Masala Seasoning 1kg Blend of Indian spices
This Tikka masala is a blend of aromatic spices , perfect for making curries and as a flavouring for a variety of Indian dishes.
A blend of traditional Indian spices \u2013 creating the perfect tikka flavour!
- Tikka marinade \u2013 mix 100g fat free natural yoghurt with 10g spice mix (alter to preference) and coat chicken evenly, marinade for at least 2 hours before grilling, roasting or frying!
- Tikka masala sauce \u2013 brown 1 chopped onion and garlic in a pan with 10g spice mix. Blend 400g chopped tomatoes and add to the pan. Cook for 5 mins then remove from heat and slowly add 100g natural yoghurt, stirring continuously.
- Add the marinated chicken to the sauce for a delicious tikka masala curry, or serve the on its own.
- Serve with rice, salad and bread.
Sprinkle a little over freshly made popcorn and potato crisps for a spicy savoury twist.

Refunds
