Product Description

Tasting Notes Representing the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirit Seedlip was launched by creator Ben Branson who was inspired by a book on distilled non-alcoholic remedies written in 1651 called The Art of Distillation. Ben learnt that in the 1600’s apothecaries were using small copper stills to make non-alcoholic herbal remedies and he was inspired to replicate this art and the original recipes. On a mission to solve the what-to-drink-when-you’re-not-drinking-alcohol dilemma Seedlip simulates the experience of drinking alcohol via a complex botanical flavour profile that marries astoundingly well with tonic water and other mixers. Seedlip can be served over ice in a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio with a range of mixers but can also be used as the base of more extravagant alcohol-free drinks. Seedlip Garden 108 is the second product release from the brand and it's a green and floral blend of copper-pot distillates including handpicked peas and hay from the founder’s family farm and traditional herbs spearmint rosemary and thyme. It is crafted in a similar manner to a gin just without the alcohol and named after the time it takes to sow grow and pick the peas. Not only alcohol-free Seedlip Garden 108 is sugar-free and sweetener-free too. It works deliciously well with straight tonic and also with bitter lemon. Product Details Country: England Alcohol by volume (ABV): 0%
