Asparagus Plumosus is an elegant fast-growing indoor houseplant, boasting slender stems with near horizontal spreading branches. The foliage presents as small, needle like green leaves and is initially bushy, before becoming more tendril-like as the plant matures to become a twining climber. Small white flowers often accompany the foliage, often blooming randomly across the branches and small green berries also pop up further in to the year, darkening as they mature. It is recommended that these plants are watered regularly during it's peak growing season, and watered less during winter, with a gentle misting of the leaves regularly required. It is best to repot in spring when the plant becomes rootbound.
