Both types should be mixed with the Igora Royal Oil or Igora Royal Naturals developer in a concentration of 30 vol. (9%) for more subtle lightening or 40 vol. (12%) for stronger lightening. Ultra Blond shades are used for hair with shade 7 or lower, and can lighten hair by up to four levels. Special Blond shades are used on hair of shade 6 and lighter and are able to lighten it by up to five levels.

Refunds
