About High Strength D3 with K2
Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 work alongside each other in the body's calcium-handling pathways. D3 helps regulate calcium absorption from the diet; K2 plays a role in directing where that calcium is deposited. Many people now choose to take the two together rather than separately.
The standard ratio in combined D3/K2 supplements is around 50mcg of K2 per 1,000IU of D3. Our High Strength version increases this ratio to 250mcg of K2 alongside 4,000IU of D3, which some users prefer when supplementing with higher D3 doses.
The cholecalciferol used is extracted from lanolin \u2014 the same natural source the body uses to produce its own vitamin D. Not suitable for vegans.
Approved EF.
