MISTY ISLE AWARD WINNING GIN. Provenance is everything to us at Isle of Skye Distillers, especially the abiding sense of belonging and community. Inspired by Skye, we have crafted Misty Isle Gin to embody its place of origin. Married with crystal-clear waters and the right balance of the finest botanicals, foraged from the beautiful Isle of Skye. Misty Isle Gin truly captures the ‘Spirit of Skye’. A FAMILY BUSINESS. We are an independent, family-run craft spirit business and proud creators of the multi-award-winning Misty Isle Gins and Vodka. Our range of premium gins are handcrafted and distilled to perfection on the Isle of Skye using only the finest foraged botanicals and the local crystal-clear spring waters from the Storr Lochs. FULL OF FLAVOUR. Our Juniper and other botanicals are slowly distilled in copper pot stills and vapour infused with carefully selected botanicals – coriander, angelica, orris, grains of paradise and lemon to name a few. One botanical is kept under wraps and only found at altitude on the Isle of Skye. THE PERFECT SERVE: Enjoy notes of citrus and floral juniper with an undertone of spice.
