A special gift for a discerning artist!

I do a lot of travelling and I always take a sketchbook/journal with me. I am choosy about the paper I use, and my ideal sketchbook/journal would have two kinds of paper -  a smooth, dense cartridge paper suitable for watercolour and inks, and a 'furry' handmade rag paper for sketching with dry media. I don't know of anyone who makes a sketchbook with dual paper, so I decided to make one for myself.

This book contains 50 pages/100 usable sides of 150 gsm cartridge drawing paper and 50 pages/100 usable sides of handmade rag paper bound in alternating double-page spreads.

In the gallery photos you can hopefully see that the pages of handmade paper are of a light cream colour, whereas the pages of cartridge paper are closer to white.

The book is bound in a flexible cover of vintage cow hide - designed to survive being stuffed into a backpack or handbag.  The edge of the cover is stitched with a goatskin thong, and there is a .

Refunds

Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
