UK mainland – We offer a 2-3 delivery service(excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) between 9am and 5pm
Saturday deliveries are available at additional charges. Please feel free to inquire. Delivery charges are calculated by weight and are applicable at the checkout once your order is complete.

Remote delivery charges –Deliveries to Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Isle of Sicily and the Scottish Isles incur additional surcharges. Please inquire if you are placing an order from these areas.

Returns – There is a handling charge of 15% on all returned goods.

Damages and shortages –All damages or shortages must be notified within 2 days of receiving your orders.

Redelivery charges –All orders need to be signed for and parcels will only be left at alternative addresses if the customer has supplied us with the information. Please advise us the days you are not there to accept deliveries or there will be redelivery charges applied which is 50% in addition to the standard delivery charge paid.

Counters & Slatboards
Counters -Most of our counters are stated as free delivery. For some counters, where it does not state free delivery, please inquire for the relevant delivery charges as per your location. We will quote you our best prices
Slatboards – All orders for slatboards above the quantity of 4 are sent via Pallet. It is a more cheaper and convenient method of transporting large quantities of boards. We will quote you our best prices possible.
